Why is there a negligence in reporting the sexual violence problem in India?

The question that comes to mind is that is it because there aren’t enough police to protect the citizens or is it because of the sluggish court system?

In recent days, Indian politicians have put forward potential remedies for India’s sexual violence problem. Sadly, violence in India is widespread and has deep roots. Moreover, people don’t know the law that needs to be followed.

Reporting about the sexual violence cases enables the victim to gain emotional, physical and social strength in the society. This brings in the confidence to the victim enabling them to come forward and report as to thinking it as a crime and instead of taking blame on their part. It is important to relieve the victims of the fear and the torture they feel on their parts, and instead help in getting the criminal arrested for the heinous crime that they commit. The criminals should not be let free as this will lead to increased violence. Thus, it is essential that such cases are being reported without any second thought and hesitation. It should be a moral duty of the victim to report the case against the criminal so that any such case should not happen further and criminal is punished.

It is important to report the cases of sexual violence as it leads to increment in the social awareness among the people. The cases of sexual violence and related cases should be reported without considering it a taboo on the victim and family. This is important as it will aid in getting the person committing crime to be punished and shall enable the effective steps to be taken to prevent the acts further. Also, strict and stringent laws can be framed in regard to the crime being committed. This would lead to increase in the awareness among people and shall give the confidence to the victim to report the case without any hesitation. The laws should be framed so as to provide emotional strength and stability to the person and the concerned family. 

The individuals who face the harassment should report such cases in order to get justice and make the criminal punished so that a stop is being put on such violent acts. It is important to report so that the organisations working on helping such issues bring more awareness among the people and such acts can be minimised and stopped. Also, the reports and cases will not go unnoticed and awareness in proper way shall unite and bring people together to fight the evil in the society.

#KnowYourRights - Report Sexual Violence!

Sexual violence is defined as any sexual act or an attempt to obtain a sexual act by violence or coercion, acts to traffic a person or acts directed against a person's sexuality, unwanted sexual comments or advances, regardless of the relationship to the victim.

3 reasons why I think it is important to encourage reporting sexual violence.

The beautiful capital city of the two states, the amazing union territory, planned and developed, is enough to allow others to make the guesses of the city I am talking about. The  Living in this beautiful city and growing up here to make the beautiful memories across all this while is a journey worth narrating and making it count as an experience of lifetime is a beautiful one. Though  due to the professional life requirements I have moved and stayed in several cities, Chandigarh, my home town is my favourite place till date that holds a lot of memories of mine. I have grown up into this beautiful union territory which is a very lively place.

DESIGN:

In great cities such as this Chandigarh, spaces as well as places are designed and built with proper planning and structuring: walking down the streets, witnessing the city grow, being in the public, are as much part of the design and purpose as is being inside to eat, sleep, travel, make shoes or music or the memories. There are fashions in town planning and building of this beautiful city, Chandigarh. Behind the fashions lie economic and technological reasons, and these fashions exclude all but a few genuinely different possibilities in city dwelling construction at any one time. The market structure is also properly planned and developed. One of the major shopping centres is Sector- 17 which has branded outlets and offers good places to dine with family and friends. 

DRIVE:

The driving experience into this city is peaceful and amazing. There are no traffic haults and jams. The traffic flows smoothly. The traveling through this city is quite a rememberable experience. Through the weekends, one can drive to famous city's destinations such Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake, Pinjore Garden, Leisure Valley and also to nearby hill stations have a good connectivity through this town such as Kasauli, Shimla, Dharamshalla, and others. So it comes as a treat for the people who love long drives can definitely enjoy the roads to these amazing places. And with the great weather that this city has, being blissful and pleasant round the clock, the drive is pleasurable too.

CONNECT:

The city is very well connected through roads, railways and airways. The roads are very well maintained and properly structured all around the city. The city is very well connected to other major places and towns. The railways come under Northern Railways and offer good connectivity to other places in the country through several luxury trains such as Shatabdi express, Rajdhani express and others. Also, there is an airport in the city which connects it other major towns and cities in the country at a very quick pace. The bus services also offer good inter-state connectivity and one can travel to neighbouring states and places as per one's convenience without much worries and hassles. 

Thus, these amazing prospects DESIGN- DRIVE- CONNECT of the city Chandigarh put it largely on a global map and make it counted as one of the green and clean cities.

Choco- Brownie delight - Sugar free dessert challenge!

There was a paradigm shift, and thus as brownies exist, so do the fairies, or vice-versa, so as you take it. Well, with the new alternative that we have to sugar now  i.e the SUGAR-FREE NATURA, is an ultimate delight and here I would go around reciting a recipe that I always love making and cherishing. And it is Choco-brownie delight.

Ingredients required for the preparation of the recipe!

• 1 cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar free natura 
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 
• 2 large eggs
• 1⁄4teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• Chocolate sauce

Directions to cook! The step-wise process is as follows:

Step1: Preheating the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit

Step2: Mixing butter and sugar-free natura into a bowl. The mixture has to be blended properly.

Step3: Blend eggs and vanilla essence into the bowl uniformly.

Step4: Now flour is added to the paste and uniformly stirred into the butter-sugar-free natura mixture.

Step5: Grease the mould and the batter is poured gently into the mould. 

Step6: The batter is baked for 30 minutes into the oven till the sides start pulling away from the pan.

Step7: The mould is kept for cooling

Step8: The brownie is ready and is all set for decorum and to be served.

Step9: Serve hot/cold depending upon the preferences, with chocolate sauce.

The brownie is ready to be served on the table.

It has always been a great pleasure to go around in kitchen and try such amazing desserts which bring huge smiles to everyone, and the purpose of life is fulfilled.
